Shipping and Delivery
Clever Creature products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners. Products may be produced and shipped from different locations, and items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Production time
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product shortages, or quality-control reprints.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: Standard delivery generally takes an additional 2–8 business days after production.
- International: Standard delivery generally takes an additional 10–30 business days after production.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.
Shipping charges and tracking
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be emailed after your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after production begins. Additional production or shipping charges may apply when an order must be replaced because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
International duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package is marked delivered but missing, or the order arrives damaged, contact us through the store contact form or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
